SOME FALL DECORATING….

Did a little ….
fall decorating the other day…the “curtain” with the fall décor on the sides of the window …are a couple of fall place matts I bought a few years ago…they wont stay on the table in the rig..so I made some curtain panels with them…the heat really comes in these windows..even with the shades pulled…I have been thinking on what I could do to help keep the heat  out…I tried hanging up some vintage material I have lying around but really didn’t like that so much…I have been eying these place matts every time I pick them off the floor..so put them one each end with some straight pins…that will do for now..but think I will be on the look out for 5 of these that are alike  for window coverings …”curtains”.. will see what develops…

of the things on the table…basket with the welcome light in it…I keep there all the time with different flowers or what ever in it..according to what season it is…see Belle sitting there?…Belle is the Women RV forum mascot…flamingo…she is living with us at this time…the fat pumpkin is one that I made years ago…I use to do a lot of making things from wood…it was very popular in the 80-90’s…had a whole wood working shop in my basement…any way this was cut out of a 2x8 , painted that beautiful pumpkin color…stuck in a tree branch for a stem and glued on some fall leaves and raffia bow…made some squiggly things with wire and wa la..a pretty pumpkin…and there is a material pumpkin in the cup holder…

got him at a yard sale…for a buck…looks unused…I sometimes wonder about the deals I get…most of the time it is new items…people buy and never use and sell cheap..when the door is open..I hang him on the out side…sometimes he surprises me and it think there is someone in the door way looking at me…lol…


I think that will be all the fall decorating for this year…I like to decorate and could do a lot more but it is such a small space and I must be mind full of what it would be like if I were full timing…my goal some day…All for now thanks for looking and come back soon…have a great day and stay safe…blessings to all G&M
