did not read the date right for the Geocache event at the home park…it is not until next Sat. the 19th..well guess it was a good thing I double checked on Fri. night…but I was all ready to go so though I would just get up and go anyway…
I got there it was still a little dark..waited for the sun rise…but as you can see by the pics the clouds were in the way…but some neat pics anyway…
And some of the gang started…
coming in at day light…lots of white dots all over the park..
and this baby Blue Heron…besides that one adult BH that is always here..this year I see this little fellow here..you cant tell in the pic..but he is really small the grass he is walking in is about 8 in. high…. so figure from there…maybe a little over 12 in…
And my fav crab man…
I see this guy early every morning while on our walk…he comes down to the park to launch his crab boat…all along the intercostal water way you see these little balls floating around..all different colors…each crabber has a permit and a color for his traps…for the last 3 years he is the only one I seen here…but this year I see there is another fellow launching also…buy the end of the day the park was packed..smelled lots of BBQ …made me hungry for BBQ…I didn’t do much here all day but walk around with Maggie and people and boat watch…had packed my food for all day .. cranked up the genny when need to fix food…
At the end of the month…
I booked a site at Silver Springs St. Park here in Fl.

Going with a doz. or so other solo RV Women from our group…I cant wait!!! It should be a really great time…besides having fun camping with all the girls…on Oct first ..Silver Springs ST. PK …joined with Silver Springs Nature Theme Park …So now the Nature Theme Park is part of the State Park run by the state of Florida… There will be a lot to do and see…like the glass bottom boat…I think I would like to check that out…When I am out camping I feel like I am retired lol…want to be a tourist in Florida this year…All for now thanks for looking and come back soon
blessing to all G&M
