We made it to VA …late yesterday afternoon just in time to meet my SIL on his why home from work… so he could back my rig into their drive way…easier for him than me….
I guess this is why they call them the blue ridge mts……

I was very carful and only took a couple of pic’s ….I only drive 55 t0 60 …mostly 58..everyone else passes my by…So very thankful that this was a non eventful trip…I did one thing…at Wateree ..locked my keys in the rig…had no ladder so took cooler, stool on top and then a small cooler on top of stool and went in thru the window head first…legs and feet flaying behind me…I am sure I was a site to be hold...I have tried to get more keys made but every place I have been to said they cant make them….

Here we are snug as a bug…even got pretty scenery to boot…just hooked up to elec….have small elec heater and blanket …so we stay warm…suppose to get up to 80 couple days…
I miss my beach….!!!
Today I hope to get some laundry done and do some cleaning of my home on wheels…after six days on the road…it needs it…going to do some shopping with DD..and then go to visit grandson and his wife…he will bbq dinner for us…when it warms up I will get the rest of the love bugs and crud off the cab…the love bugs I left behind in FL thank goodness…will take the paint of your vehicle if not taken care of…my DD’s little cottage home is out in its spring finery I will take some pic show you on another post…well better get busy thanks for looking and come back soon

If you have only been trying to get keys at places like Home Depot or Walmart, try an actual locksmith shop. They can usually make any keys.
